Using the Shipley colour review process as the backbone to our planning, we develop the brief, scope and timelines for the bid lifecyle. This will include regular stakeholder reviews.

We conduct research and collect client intelligence, as well as prepare the messaging, win themes and value proposition, tailored for the prospect.

Design

Using the research findings, we develop a visual tone of voice alongside copywriting content for the proposal. We ensure we are telling the story in a way that will capture the attention of your prospect.

We design and create all of the materials needed for submission. We will use the four colour review stages; blue, pink, red and gold, to work through every aspect in detail, to support a winning mindset.

Deliver

Delivering a bid or tender late means losing the contract, so we ensure we work to very tight deadlines and you get to submit a proposal that will win your business more work.
